Young Adults @ The Gathering
The young adults group at The Gathering was started by Callie Donaghue in 2025. When she approached me to get a logo started for the group, she put an overarching importance on not being childlike. Since there are so many youth groups in the church setting, it was important to differentiate the young adults from their even younger counterparts. We played around with many ideas, each getting closer to what Callie was envisioning. The final we decided on combines bold and striking letters. It is ridged and sleek, while also bringing in playful curves to accentuate the message of, “we are adults after all, but want to have a fun time together in community.”
